Do you do apartment and student move-outs near USF?
Yes. End-of-lease move-outs are a big part of our Temple Terrace work: couches, mattresses, desks and whatever got left behind. We carry it down the stairs and out of the unit, so nothing gets left by the dumpster for the landlord to fine you for.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Tenant turnovers and eviction cleanouts are routine for us. Give us a lockbox or gate code and we can clear the unit without you being there, then send photos of the empty space when we are done.
Would it be cheaper to haul it to the dump myself?
For a bag or two, sure. For anything bulky the math changes fast: you need a truck or trailer, a second set of hands, a free afternoon and the disposal fees on top. Our price covers the loading, the trip and the disposal in one number, and nothing is owed until the trailer is loaded.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?
Not if we can get to the items. An open garage, a gate code or a neighbor with a key is enough. We text when we are on the way and send a photo of the cleared space when we are done, which suits landlords and anyone managing a parent's home from a distance.
Can you take things from a lanai or an upstairs room?
That is the job. Screened lanais, second-floor bedrooms and bonus rooms over the garage are normal for us, and the carry does not change your price. We protect door frames and remove screen doors if a hot tub or sectional will not clear them.
