What We Take: The Wesley Chapel Junk Removal Guide
Not sure whether the crew will take it? This page is the answer, category by category: what goes on the trailer, what has to go elsewhere, and which page to read for the job you actually have. If it is in a Wesley Chapel home, garage, lanai or yard, the odds are we haul it.
Full-service pickup, priced by trailer space, usually today
Junk removal with BD means two brothers from Wesley Chapel show up with the blue dump trailer, carry everything out from wherever it sits, and sweep the spot before they leave. Three things to know before you book:
1
One flat number, given before we touch anything. It covers labor, hauling, and the transfer-station fees. No hourly clock, no add-ons at the curb.
2
Same-day or next-day in most of Wesley Chapel. The phone is answered around the clock, so a call tonight can be a pickup tomorrow morning.
3
You point, we carry.Attic, upstairs bedroom, back of the lanai, storage unit. Nothing has to be dragged to the driveway first.
Wet paint, motor oil and fuel, pool chemicals, asbestos, and anything medical or biohazard. Pasco County's household hazardous waste drop-off handles those. If you are unsure about an item, text a photo and we will tell you straight.
Pricing
You pay for the trailer space your junk fills, nothing else
Every quote is volume-based. We look at the pile, say which fraction of the trailer it will take, and give you the number. The number does not move unless you add more to the load.
Single itemOne couch, one fridge, one mattress. Our lowest tier.
Quarter trailerA bedroom set, a closet clear-out, a lanai's worth of patio furniture.
Half trailerA packed one-car garage, two or three rooms of furniture, or the first pass of a hoarder cleanout.
Weight moves it a little. A half trailer of tile or wet carpet sits above a half trailer of light boxes, because the dump charges by the ton.
Access does not. We handle stairs, attic ladders and long carries to the street. Stairs can add a little to the price, and we'll always tell you upfront.
Nothing is due up front. You pay when the trailer is loaded and the space is swept. A fuller breakdown lives on our Wesley Chapel pricing guide.
Real loads, not stock photos
Garage floor in the morning, trailer by lunch
Before pickupA typical Wesley Chapel garage call: moving boxes, a spent mattress, and a year of odds and ends. Roughly a half-trailer load.On the trailerA yard-and-shed load strapped down and headed out. Metal like the mower deck gets pulled for the scrap recycler.
How a pickup works
Four steps from your first text to a swept-out space
Send a photo or call
Text a picture of the pile to (813) 355-9142, or call. Someone answers any hour of the day.
Get the flat number
Most photos get a firm quote texted back fast, often within minutes. Bigger jobs get a quick in-person look, still free.
Pick a window
Same-day is common if you reach us in the morning. Otherwise you choose the next slot that suits you.
We load and sweep
The crew carries everything out, straps it down, sweeps the spot, and takes payment only then.
Who you are calling
Brandon and Dylan, and the two trailers behind them
BD is a small local crew led by the two of them, not a call center dispatching a franchise truck. They live in Wesley Chapel, they answer their own phone, and their names come up in review after review.

"BD Junk was amazing! Did a fantastic job in climate weather with great professionalism"
Home base is Wesley Chapel, so the trailer is never far from your street. Gate codes, HOA bulk-item deadlines, and tight lanai doors in the newer builds are all routine.
Before you text, the questions Wesley Chapel asks most
Will a photo of the pile get me a real price?
Yes. For most household loads a couple of phone pictures are enough to size the trailer space and text back a flat number. If the photo leaves doubt, one of us swings by for a free look rather than guessing high.
Does the quote change once the crew sees it in person?
Only if the load is bigger than what was in the photo. The figure you approved is the figure you pay; we would rather re-quote honestly than surprise anyone at the trailer gate.
What if some of it is upstairs or in the attic?
That is normal for us. We handle stairs, pull-down attic ladders and long hallways. Stairs can add a little to the price, and we'll always tell you upfront. Tell us roughly where things are so we bring the right straps and dolly.
Can a neighbor or a lockbox code let you in if I am at work?
Yes, as long as we have a photo of what goes and a way in. We text before we arrive and after we finish, and payment can be handled by phone once the space is clear.
Do you separate donations from the trash?
We do it as we load. Working furniture and appliances are offered to local donation centers first, metal and electronics go to recyclers, and only the true junk rides to the Pasco County transfer station.
Do HOA rules in Wesley Chapel affect a pickup?
They can, which is one reason people call us instead of renting a dumpster. Nothing sits on your driveway or at the curb; the trailer arrives, loads, and leaves the same visit, so there is no bulk-pile notice from the association.
