Junk Removal near Zephyrhills, FL
Our trailer runs east on SR 54 most weeks, so a Zephyrhills pickup is an ordinary stop rather than a special trip. Two of us do every bit of the lifting, the figure is settled in your driveway before anything moves, and nothing extra gets added for the drive out.
Yes, Zephyrhills is a standing part of our week
We are based in Wesley Chapel, about twenty minutes west of Gall Boulevard, and east Pasco is already on the route. That matters twice:
You are not charged for the distance out
If the trailer is already east when you call, it can often be the same day
Pricing tracks the space a load takes up, not the hours it takes
This is the first thing most people want settled, so it sits near the top. There is no hourly rate and no per-item menu. You pay for the share of the trailer your load occupies, quoted as one figure while you are standing next to it. Labor, the carry from wherever it sits, the sweep afterwards and the disposal fees are already inside that number.
Single itemOne large pieceA dead chest freezer out of a carport, or a sofa nobody wants to move twice
Quarter trailerA small room, or a few bulky thingsA screened porch emptied before it gets rescreened
Half trailerSeveral rooms, or a shed filled wall to wallA pole barn cleared out before a property goes on the market
Full trailerThe contents of a whole homeA park model or a manufactured home emptied for the next owner
Weight counts alongside volume, so a trailer of wet drywall or roof tile prices above the same footprint of light boxes. Either way you hear the figure first, and nothing is owed until the trailer is loaded. If you would rather compare it against renting a container, we set both side by side on our Zephyrhills dumpster rental page.
Send one photo and we will price it. A flat figure usually comes back inside the hour.
Whether we can take your particular thing, in one list
The second question is almost always about a specific item. Here is the honest split. If something you have is not on either list, ask when you call rather than guessing.
Goes on the trailer
Sofas, mattresses and bed frames
Fridges, washers, dryers, water heaters
Shed, barn and pole-building contents
Fencing, rolled wire and scrap timber
Hot tubs and above-ground pool frames
Treadmills, pianos and gun safes
Carpet, tile, cabinets and remodel debris
Fronds, limbs and hedge cuttings
Garage, attic and estate contents
Televisions and general electronics
Tires, in small numbers
Whole manufactured-home clear-outs
Has to go elsewhere
Fuel cans and generator gas
Pool chemicals and solvents
Wet or unhardened paint
Anything containing asbestos
Medical or biohazard waste
Loose car batteries
Tell us what is in the pile when you book and we will flag which items belong at a household hazardous waste site, rather than turning up and leaving them on your driveway.

Before: a garage stacked to the walls. This is the state most clear-outs start in.
After: the same kind of load on the trailer, sorted for donation and recycling before it is tipped.
The trailer set up on an acreage lot, which is how most jobs on the run east begin.
Shed timber and brush going out together. Yard material is priced the same way as household loads.
The crew that turns up. Two people, one trailer, and they do all the carrying.

Acreage, outbuildings and older homes make up most of a Zephyrhills load
Loads from this side of the county look different from the ones we pick up in a newer Wesley Chapel subdivision. Lot sizes are bigger, plenty of properties have a barn or a pole shed on them, and a good share of the housing stock has been standing long enough to have accumulated something.
Smaller rural jobs go on the truck rather than the trailer, which keeps access easy on narrow lots and long driveways.
Acreage and fence-line clear-outs
Piles that built up behind the tree line over several years. Old fencing, rolled wire, pallets, scrap timber and whatever the last owner left behind the barn.
Barn, shed and pole-building contents
Outbuildings get used as overflow storage until nobody remembers what is in them. We empty them to the walls, and they are priced on the same flat-rate basis as anything else on the trailer.
Mobile and manufactured home turnovers
A unit sells or a lot changes hands and everything inside has to be gone before the new owner arrives. These run room by room, usually inside a day.
Older-home renovation debris
Pulled carpet, torn-out cabinets, bagged tile and the old vanity. Larger tear-outs move across to construction debris removal.
Yard and storm material
Fronds, limbs, hedge cuttings and blown-down fence panels the city truck will not take at the curb. Priced the way yard waste removal is anywhere else on our route.
Betmar, Baker Acres and the RV parks turn over their own kind of load
Zephyrhills holds one of the largest concentrations of 55-plus and RV communities in Pasco County. Betmar Acres alone runs to more than 1,600 homes, and Baker Acres, Settler's Rest and Rainbow Village add several hundred sites between them. The work there looks nothing like a suburban garage clear-out.
Smaller loads, tighter access
Park models sit close together and lot lines are narrow, so the trailer parks further out and the carry is longer. That does not change the price.
Association hours are real
Give us the gate code and any contractor window when you book. The truck arrives inside it rather than idling at a call box while your slot runs out.
Often arranged from out of state
A video walk-through is enough to price it. Entry goes through a neighbor or the park office, and photos of every emptied room come back to you.
After a death in the family
Run as an estate cleanout: room by room, keepsakes marked and left alone, one figure for the property.
What comes out of a park model, most times
Sun-perished patio furniture and an awning that gave up
A Florida room full of boxes nobody opened since the move down
Carpet lifted before the unit is relisted
A golf cart shed emptied to the floor
Appliances that came with the unit two owners ago
Streets around Zephyrhills we already know how to get down
Anywhere inside the city limits and out into the surrounding county is on the route. If you are somewhere not listed here, it is almost certainly still covered, and the whole footprint is set out on our service areas page.

The same trailer runs the width of the county, so if the property you are clearing sits over toward the coast, we handle junk removal around New Port Richey on the same terms.
Photograph, figure, window, empty driveway
Four steps, and only one of them needs you to be there.
Send a photograph
One picture of the pile, the room or the shed prices most jobs.
Text it, or attach it to the estimate form
No site visit needed just to get a number
A flat number comes back
Usually inside the hour on a working day, and it does not move afterwards.
Covers labor, the haul and the disposal fees
No deposit, nothing owed to hold it
Choose the slot that suits
Same day when the truck is already east, otherwise the next open window.
You get a straight answer about today, not a maybe
Gate codes and association hours booked in up front
We load and sweep
Both of us carry everything out from wherever it stands.
Attic, back bedroom or behind a locked shed door
Area swept, then you pay once you have seen it clear
The trailer arrives empty and leaves loaded. You do not lift any of it.
Ready to book a window? Ring and you will get a straight answer about today rather than a maybe.
A loaded trailer does not get tipped as one undifferentiated heap. It gets separated afterwards, which is the part most people never see and the reason a clear-out here does not simply become somebody else's landfill problem.
Offered on first
Furniture with life left in it, working appliances, tools and household goods go to donation partners before anything else is decided.
Sent to recyclers
Scrap metal, white goods and anything holding refrigerant is handled by the yards set up for it rather than going out with general waste.
Transfer station last
Only what genuinely has no other use ends up at the county facility. It is the smallest share of most loads, and deliberately so.
Sticking points worth raising before you book
"You are based in Wesley Chapel, not here"
True, and worth being straight about.
There is an operator headquartered in Zephyrhills; on proximity alone they are closer
We compete on what goes on one trailer and how fast a slot opens
Nothing is added to your quote for the drive
"My load is too small to be worth your time"
There is no minimum job.
A single appliance out of a carport is a job we take
Priced at the bottom of the ladder, not bumped to a half load
Single-item pickups run on the same route as everything else
"I would have to drag it all out to the road first"
Please do not. That is the part we are there for.
Leave it in the back bedroom, the attic or a locked shed
Moving it yourself does not reduce what you pay
Stairs, tight hallways and long driveways are normal for us
"The quote will go up once you see it"
It will not. The figure is agreed in front of the pile.
You are looking at the same load we are when we say the number
If a photo estimate missed something, you hear it before anything is lifted
You can still say no at that point, at no cost

Send one photograph and a flat price usually comes back within the hour. No deposit, nothing owed until the trailer is loaded and you have seen the space.
No. East Pasco is part of our normal weekly route rather than a special trip, so there is no distance charge and no minimum job size attached to the ZIP code. The quote you get is the same one you would get if the property sat five minutes from our yard.
How much does junk removal cost in Zephyrhills?
It follows how much trailer space the load fills. A single bulky item sits at the bottom, a filled shed or a couple of rooms around the middle, and a whole manufactured home at the top. Dense material such as tile or wet drywall prices above light material of the same size, and you are told the figure before anyone lifts anything.
Can you come out the same day?
Often, and it depends where the trailer already is that morning. Calling early gets you a straight answer about today rather than a maybe. If today is not realistic we will say so and give you the next genuine window instead.
Will you work inside a 55-plus community or an RV park?
Regularly. Pass on the gate code and any contractor hours the association enforces when you book, and the job gets scheduled inside that window. Park models, Florida rooms and golf cart sheds are some of the most common jobs we run in Zephyrhills.
Can you clear a property while I am out of state?
Yes, and a lot of our east Pasco work is arranged that way. Walk us through the property on a video call so we can price it, we coordinate entry with your agent, a neighbor or the park office, and photographs of each cleared room come back to you once it is finished.
Do you take barn and outbuilding contents, not just household junk?
We do. Sheds, pole barns and fence-line piles are some of the steadiest work out this way. Old timber, rolled wire, pallets, broken equipment and general farm clutter all go on the trailer, with metal separated out for the recyclers afterwards.
What will you not take?
Fuel cans and generator gas, pool chemicals and solvents, wet paint, anything containing asbestos, loose car batteries, and medical or biohazard waste. Tell us what is in the pile when you book and we will flag which items belong at a household hazardous waste site rather than turning up and leaving them on your driveway.
When do I pay?
After the work is finished and you have looked at the cleared space. Nothing is required to hold a slot, and no money changes hands before the trailer is loaded.
