Information We Collect
When you request a quote — through our website, a phone call, a text message, or a lead form on Facebook or Instagram — we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, and details about the items you want removed.
We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and tools like Google Analytics and the Meta pixel.
How We Use Your Information
- To contact you with a quote and schedule your junk removal service
- To follow up about a job, send reminders, or request a review
- To process payment and keep service records
- To measure and improve our advertising
Calls and Text Messages
By submitting your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone call or text message about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or by telling us directly.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business — such as our scheduling, payment, and advertising platforms — and only as needed to provide our service. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies and advertising pixels from Google and Meta to understand how people find us and to show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences directly with Google and Meta.
Data Retention
We keep customer and quote records only as long as needed for business and legal purposes.
Your Choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
